Your teams are using AI,
so why can't you measure it?
You got the directive from leadership, evaluated and deployed the tools, and teams have started using them. Now the questions coming back aren't about the technology, they are about the value AI is actually producing.
Leadership wants to know if sales pipeline work is faster and operations errors are down. They want to know if revenues increased or costs decreased. You don't have a clean answer yet, because the habits, direction, and accountability to use the tools were not established. That's the gap Forjic closes.
76% of small and medium-sized businesses are using AI, but only 14% feel that they've fully integrated the tools. The organizations using the tools, but not redesigning their workflows to integrate them, stall when trying to measure the value. Goldman Sachs, 2026
The cause is almost always the same.
Technology isn't the blocker. Habits, direction, and accountability are.
Forjic works with:
- IT leaders and Chief AI Officers at mid-market organizations
- Teams that have AI tool licenses and no measured outcomes
- Organizations looking to redesign sales, marketing, and operations processes with people-first AI adoption
How We Engage
The path from licensed tools to the team capacity that gets your next priority done.
Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute AI Audit.
The right path forward depends on:
- Diagnosing what is blocking progress
- Mapping the direction to the most impactful outcome
- Guidance to build confidence, not dependency
Step 01
Start hereForjic AI Audit
Clarity on where your organization stands with people-first AI adoption.
You know AI is on leadership's radar, but you don't yet have a clear picture of what's working, what's stalling, or what to prioritize first.
- A specific read on your organization's AI adoption — something true about your team, your tools, and your current state, not a generic benchmark
- A clear recommendation: either the Readiness Assessment is the right next move, or you learn what needs to be true before it makes sense
Not a sales call. Always free.
Step 02
AI Readiness Assessment
Direction on where to focus first.
You're past the initial conversations. You need a prioritized view of your highest-value opportunity and something credible to bring to leadership.
- Two focused sessions. One clear recommendation.
- A clear view of which tools and workflows are actually moving the needle
- The highest-impact workflow opportunity, ranked and prioritized
- A credible roadmap to present to leadership
Step 03
AI Engagement Model
Guidance through the work that actually changes things.
You have a clear target and internal buy-in. You're ready to run a structured pilot and document what changes.
- One workflow, one team, one named internal champion
- 30/60/90-day checkpoints
- Documented before-and-after outcomes tied to metrics leadership already tracks
- A repeatable framework the internal champion can run independently

Case Study
From deployment to measurable results.
Situation
A 1,500-person platform delivery organization deploying AI tools across teams with high expectations from leadership. Adoption was lagging and results were inconsistent. The tools were built and licensed. The habits, direction, and accountability to use them were not.
Action
Achieved people-first AI adoption with human-in-the-loop workflows, internal champions within the teams, and measurable accountability structures. The same stack, used differently.
Impact
30–40% efficiency gains across the teams that adopted the methodology. Results held after the engagement ended and beat initial estimates.

About
Jon DePalma
I saw the challenges big organizations had with adopting AI. Forjic is how I bring what I learned to small and medium-sized businesses.
Before founding Forjic, I led adoption and delivery initiatives as VP of Business Architecture at Epsilon, working across CRM, marketing technology, and loyalty platforms. The hard part was never the tools. It was changing how teams worked around them: building habits, creating direction across functions, and building accountability that made results stick after the kickoff energy faded.
The lesson that didn't fit in any vendor's slide deck: the technology ends up easier than leading the change.
I founded Forjic to give small and medium-sized businesses access to the same experience that shaped how enterprise organizations get AI adoption right, at a price point that makes it accessible, with a methodology structured to build capability rather than dependency.
Technology isn't the blocker. Habits, direction, and accountability are.
